1st Resource

1st Resource is a virtual contact centre with a team dedicated to providing a prompt, courteous and professional telephone answering management service to meet various business needs.  1St Resource also operates a Recruitment Agency alongside the Contact Centre. This sector of the business provides customer and healthcare service delivery.  This is all done through our call handling service.

The emergence of this business has a strong foundation of skills and expertise as the two Directors, have worked in the Contact & Healthcare industry for many years. The Directors are Abigail Udenze (BBED MA Hons) and Perpertua Ruzvidzo (RGN, BSC Hons).  Our approach to service and quality starts from the basis that we are committed to delivering against our promise of being a safe pair of hands delivering a high quality of service to the requirements of our clients.

1st Resource currently employs 4 working staff and 1 staff on work placement.  This we believe is a great achievement as we are able to take on more staff to provide efficient services to our clients who we work with.  We have very flexible working hours within the business which helps in motivating our staff to work and we try to create a lovely working atmosphere with the help of the modern, furnished and clean looking offices.  1st Resource secured a very good contract early in the year with a FE college which has increased our turnover.

Being part of the unit has immensely supported us as the cost of our over heads are down to a minimal which has allowed us to invest in growing our business.  The Business Support team within the unit is doing a great job with our procedures, training, mentoring and networking activities.  We couldn't have been happier in our business and of course working with other like minded business owners!
