PROGRAMME DETAILS

Master Class- 5 credits per attendee

We offer a series of scheduled master classes. Each class lasts a maximum of 2 hours.

Speciality Class- 5 credits + course cost

If you require training that is not listed in our Excellence in Enterprise Programme, just let us know and we will source this training for you.

Lunch 'n' Learns- 10 credits per attendee

It's important to hear from people who are actually doing it, so that you can learn from their experiences and walk away with handy hints and tips that you can instantly apply to your own business. Most Tuesdays from 12 to 2pm, we invite the experts in to share their wisdom.

Coaching- 20 credits per hour

If, after attending a master class, you feel that you need more in-depth knowledge on a particular subject, we will provide coaching for you.

Mentoring- 20 credits per hour

We have trained mentors who will talk with you on an informal, one to one basis to help guide you in finding the answers to any questions you have.

One to One- 15 credits per hour

Meeting with the Business Incubator Manager to review overall performance and strategy, and to set action plans to achieve business forecasts and personal goals.

Sales Manager- 20 credits per hour

Our top sales expert will work with you to address all aspects of sales including defining your product or service, cold calling, closing the sale, customer management process and setting targets.
