The Unit is a business incubation centre based at Leeds City College. 

We have a number of serviced offices available to rent with prices starting from as low as £150 a month.

Prices include:-

IT and telephone packages can also be purchased on request.

Opening Times

We are open from:-

6am - 9pm Monday-Thursday
6am - 7pm  Friday
9am-2pm Saturday

We are closed Sundays and bank holidays.  Christmas and New Year openings are determined each year.
