Jo will be discussing her thoughts behind her latest book, ‘Tales from a Glass Ceiling’, which were mainly aimed at showing women how to gain their confidence and strive for equal opportunities in a male dominated profession.

This session will look at suppliers’ costs up to EXW. We will then examine how it may be possible to reduce these and ensure there are no hidden costs. Different terms of payment will be examined to compare the true price of each and effect on cashflow. Conducted by: Mike Strawson
