(event) Key Account Management Start: 9:00 am End: 5:00 pm Key or strategic accounts are your most important clients. Not only are they your most important clients they are also the ones at most risk of attack from your competition. If they are important to you then they will certainly be attractive to your competitors. Therefore managing and developing key accounts is an essential skill if we want to stay ahead of the competition! Do you know who your key clients are? Do you have the right management structure and adequately trained personnel to retain and grow your key accounts? (event) Chamber Business Lunch Start: 12:00 pm End: 2:00 pm This is a Chamber event. The Chamber Business Lunch is a great opportunity to network with new business contacts and expand your client base. This event attracts over 120 people from some of the city's leading businesses. Whilst you network you can enjoy a 2 course sit down lunch with coffee and mints served afterwards and also wine on arrival. (event) Leeds Media at the Yorkshire County Cricket Club Start: 4:30 pm End: 9:30 pm This is a Leeds Media event. Leeds Media gives you the chance to see two of the strongest teams in t20 cricket line up against each other as Yorkshire Carnegie take on Durham Dynamos. The match begins at 5:30pm and finishes at 8:15pm with Leeds Media guests having access to the Members area within the ground.
