The Alternative Board (TAB) is about bringing together ambitious and open minded business owners of similar sized and non-competing businesses. The TAB monthly board meeting allows members to bring along and discuss their own challenges in a confidential atmosphere, and advise one another on practical approaches and solutions - not theories. This workshop will show the importance of understanding how supply chains work, and how companies should appreciate their own position within supply chains as a pre-cursor to developing new sub-contract opportunities.
