This session provides guidance on best practice in reducing levels of absenteeism and offers practical guidance on improving employee attendance at work. It also takes you through the process of identifying patterns of absence, dealing with frequent short term absence and handling long term absence. Also covered is absence in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act and good practice when developing effective absence policies.
