Engaging in international markets requires companies to managing activities in countries where large cultural often prevail. Many companies think these differences however lead to only temporary difficulties in coming to terms with the various cultural habits and customs of overseas customers, agents and suppliers. These cultural differences however often lead to very difficult ways of doing business, which can result in high cost to companies. Research reveals that these cultural differences are one of the greatest barriers to successful international business activities. This workshop will focus on the skills and competences required to successfully manage across cultures.
