West Yorkshire Work-Based Learning Awards and Celebration Event - Sponsorship Opportunities

WYLLN will be holding the 3rd Annual Celebration Event on Wednesday 7th July 2010 at Leeds Civic Hall.

The event will include presentation of the West Yorkshire Work-Based Learning Awards. These awards have been developed to recognise the achievements of learners in West Yorkshire who have succeeded in progressing onto a higher education course while continuing to work. Award winners will be individuals who deserve special recognition for their achievements and whose experiences might inspire others to progress onto higher level courses. This year, we have also created an employer award and a tutor award to recognise those who have offered inspiration and support to West Yorkshire learners.

WYLLN is offering the opportunity for organisations to sponsor the event in July 2010, helping us to provide a high profile event and raise awareness of the benefits of higher level skills while at the same time enabling sponsoring organisations to raise the profile of their brand and activity. There are various packages available from between £50 and £250.

Nomination forms for the awards will be distributed at the end of February. Attendance at the event is by invitation only due to a limited number of places and invitations will be sent out in April.
