This training seminar will help you engage with the workplace wellbeing agenda that will allow you to translate high-level strategy into effective policy and operations that will benefit your organisation and employees.
In this session you will be engaging creatively to consider what opportunities there might be for workplace wellbeing development in your own organisation. There will be examples of best practice including case studies from the call centre sector and Glaxo Smith Kline. The presenters of this seminar will be Dr Ian Kenvyn from Leeds Trinity University College and Nina Quinlan from Leeds University.
