Liquid Recovery are running 2 events on the same day that focus on credit control and cash flow.

The first event is a free morning seminar 'Improving Your Credit Control and Cash Flow'

The seminar will provide you with top tips to help you or your clients to improve credit control and your cash flow. Guest Speaker Richard Norman will discuss emotional intelligence in the work place. There will of course also be plenty of opportunity to network over tea and coffee and to gain advice from our experts.

The second event is a half day workshop that will consist of:

* A general presentation on the effectiveness of credit control and benefits of improved cash flow to help develop the entire organisation

* A discussion about the difficulties that the credit control team may face as well as open discussion on some of the challenges delegates have

* An Interactive workshops to explain the solutions to common challenges such as:

- Basic genuine query on invoice
- Refusal to pay, what are the options
- Disputes over part of the invoice

* How to produce a diarised credit control system

* How to develop the credit control team

* How to deal with telephone calls outbound and inbound and how to set the out comes

* How to deal with angry people or those who are avoiding to pay

* The language that you should use to obtain the best results

* Developing the ability to listen and to find out what is really being said

* The scenarios when credit controls stops and debt recovery begins
