How to become a sub-contractor
This is a business link event.
This workshop will show the importance of understanding how supply chains work, and how companies should appreciate their own position within supply chains as a pre-cursor to developing new sub-contract opportunities. Identifying and tracking large scale project opportunities in the public procurement marketplace and large corporate business is also key.
You will also explore how successful sub-contractors develop and nurture industry contacts and relationships across different tiers or levels of a supply chain. The session also covers how to clearly demonstrate the value you can add to prospective customers, both in face-to-face meetings and by producing clear, well written and well researched proposals.
