NEW funding available in NEW YEAR

I have just heard from a business advisor friend, that there are three
funds coming out in the New Year. We don't have details of one of
them, but one is for 2-3 days of strategic business advice (funded up
to £3000) essentially free.
The other is an INNOVATION fund, of £1-£3k for a project in partnership
with a university, plus a further £10k if you match-fund it.
The funding pot is described as multiple millions. So start stashing up those christmas gift tokens to make up the matched-funding . . .
Does anyone know what the third funded inititiave is?
