We offer in-house business support and city centre office accommodation or virtual help without the office to people starting their own business.

Our in-house support is normally for three years.  We also offer virtual support for businesses working from home or another address.

Fantastic training and mentoring programme - Our Essential Enterprise training programme and experienced mentors offer all the support, advice and knowledge that a growing business requires.  As a member of The Unit you will receive a 20% discount on all training delivered by Leeds City College Business Incubation.

The Unit is one of three business incubation centres belonging to Leeds City College, the largest Further Education College in the City, and is based at the Leeds City Centre Park Lane Campus.  The Unit is part of a range of enterprise activities that the College supports across the curriculum.
