Forward Ladies have announced a new programme of accredited courses by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The programme covers everything from presentation and confidence skills to time management and confilct resolution. There are 12 one and two-day training courses running throughout the autumn and winter and you can attend as many as appropriate.

Complete any 5 courses and you will have sufficient units to gain the level 3 NVQ Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Ideas generation - Want to know how to recognise good ideas? More importantly, how to separate good ideas from great ideas?

This half day workshop, presented by your local social enterprise
adviser, is an introduction to the concept of social enterprise and how
a social enterprise operates. Using practical examples and case
studies, you will be equipped to decide whether a social enterprise
business model is right for you and what the next steps are as well as
how to get further support.

This seminar will consist of a full morning session with just 35 delegates in each. Carl's ‘day job' is assisting businesses in strategic growth through sales, marketing, customer interaction and procedures so this is an excellent opportunity to gain advice specific to your business.

We are limiting the number of delegates per seminar in order for all present to gain the maximum with regard to their business. These were originally run in December 2009 in Huddersfield with great success.
