Activ8 Leeds Ltd (formerly known as The Leeds Advocacy and Community Concerns or TLACC) is a community and advocacy organisation working locally in Leeds and throughout the UK to help those who require help with any issues. We maintain independence from service providers and public institutions at all time, so that we can ensure that you get the attention that is required promptly.
We ensure that
- Service providers listen to your views and understand your wishes
- You understand what your right is and what you are entitled to
- We provide you with access to correct and current information that you need to make informed choices
- We work with you in partnership on a one-to-one basis and in a confidential manner
- We work with other support organisations and other groups of people to deliver our service
