The Work Placement Centre specialises in the sourcing, employing and developing of placement students and graduates on behalf of clients in response to their business needs.
Our services are designed to provide you with efficient and professional support through each stage of the placement process. As a potential or existing business client, we are able to offer you the following:
• Free advertising of your company and your placement and internship opportunities via our dedicated website and vacancy system.
• A sourcing service which will be tailored to your requirements and where we will provide you with a high quality shortlist.
• Outsourced employment, whereby we directly employ the placement students on your behalf for the duration of the placement.
We believe in expanding the number of opportunities available to students wanting to undertake a work placement and our fee structure is one way in which we can reflect this belief and incentivise companies for sharing this vision.
Our fees are based on a percentage of gross salary and the number of opportunities we are handling on your behalf. Whilst most agencies will increase their fee as you increase your demand, we lower our fee. We also offer special rates for Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME’s), and for companies who also take our employment services
